My journey into birth work started back in 2017. From then I have many accomplishments including serving families as a certified IBCLC, birth doula, postpartum doula, childbirth educator and placenta encapsulation specialist. Hi, I'm Heather. I gave birth to twins during the pandemic, and my experience sparked a passion inside of me to support, educate and help others feel empowered on their own child birthing journeys! I believe that every person deserves to have a positive and empowering birth experience, and am committed to providing evidence- based education that supports achieving this goal. I have degrees in Sports Medicine and Education, and have spent over 20 years mentoring and coaching others. I love drinking earl grey tea, being crafty, and exploring the local beaches on the North Shore with my wife and 3 year old boys.
