About me

I am a wholistic and intuitive birth doula determined to rewrite the story of birth. I support families throughout their entire perinatal journey from pre-conception to postpartum. I specialize in natural birth and and take a whole mind body and spirit approach to helping you prepare your mind and body for this life changing transformation. I'm Doula D, aka Danette (she/her) DONA trained Birth Doula, Certified Body Ready Method Pro® I am a wholistic birth doula determined to rewrite the story of birth and help you empower yourself to transform your birth through a whole mind, body and spirit approach. I specialize in physiological birth and preparing you mentally and physically to facilitate achieving as unmedicated of birth as possible. I also aim to help you energetically align with the birth you desire. I will prepare you for many of the twists and turns birth holds and help you to remain in the driver seat of your birth. I offer body preparation sessions based in the Body Ready Method®, coaching calls, tons of birth education, resources and much more!

The Ultimate In-Person Birth Support Package

1 body prep session (3 hours) (based on BRM®) 2 prenatal sessions (3 hours each) including -a comprehensive birth education overview to help you get clear on your birthing desires. -Mind preparation for birth including fear/anxiety clearing exercises *additional sessions can be added on to package -Postpartum preparation -general breastfeeding Q&A 24/7 text/voice message/walkie talkie access to me for prenatal and postpartum support up to 16 weeks postpartum (allow 24 hrs to respond unless and emergency) Monthly 30 min virtual check-ins until birth Custom curated resource binder including perinatal resource list and local (MA/NH) provider referral list Continuous labor and delivery support (in home and birth location) including body balancing, optimizing baby positioning, aromatherapy, massage, recommendations on labor/birth positions, coping strategies, when to go to birth location, facilitating discussions with medical professionals, assistance in providing evidence based information and more Postpartum support immediately after the birth including initiating breastfeeding non-professional photos provided upon request 2 post-natal session (2 hours each with one being virtual) within 6 weeks of birth covering feeding, sleep, body recovery, birth processing and more.
