Well Mama Birth Services was born from my deep desire to create a space where every woman feels seen, heard, and supported throughout her birthing journey. Rooted in a holistic approach to birth, I honor both the physical and emotional experiences, believing that when women are treated with care, respect, and compassion during pregnancy, they birth with strength and grace. Inspired by the legacy of the women in my family who taught me to trust myself, my body, and the sacred process of birth, their wisdom is at the heart of everything I do as a doula. Birth can be unpredictable and raw, but I truly believe YOU. CAN. DO. THIS. Every woman has the innate power to navigate this transformative journey, and my role as your doula is to help you tap into that strength. My doula services include a free consultation to connect and discuss how I can support you. We’ll have three prenatal meetings and one postpartum session to create a personalized birth plan and prepare for a smooth transition. You’ll receive unlimited phone and email support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum, access to exclusive resources, and placenta encapsulation for healing. From 38 to 42 weeks, I’m on call 24/7 to provide continuous labor support, including relaxation techniques, massage, emotional support, and advocacy with your birth team. With guaranteed backup services and a lending library of curated books, I’m here to ensure you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Placenta Encapsulation
Your placenta is sacred, uniquely created by you to nourish your baby. I offer one-on-one guidance to help you honor and utilize it in a way that feels right for you—whether through encapsulation, burial, smoothies, prints, or other meaningful options. As a trained and certified placenta specialist, I ensure safe, respectful preparation. Encapsulation typically yields 70-150 capsules, supporting your postpartum recovery on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. 💰 Investment: $250 (paid after delivery) – Flexible options available. 📍 Serving Sacramento, Placer, and Yolo counties.
