There is absolutely no need for my care to stop with welcoming your baby into your arms. I believe that every mother should feel equipped going into the fourth trimester and know that there is value in asking for help and being held so that you can hold your bundle of joy and get the rest you need. While walking with families in this lifechanging season is my favorite career I've ever had, my life outside of birth looks like barefoot babies of my own roaming our small homestead and making messes in the kitchen!
