Service introduction

I offer prenatal doula care, labor and delivery support, and limited postpartum care. I am able to offer postpartum care under specific request. I also offer body liberation coaching to help birth folks build their relationships with their bodies in preparation for labor.

The Butterfly Birth Package

This package includes 3 prenatal visits, one in-person and two virtual, labor and delivery support, and three postpartum visits, two-person and one virtual.

This package is VIRTUAL SUPPORT ONLY. This includes 3 prenatal video call sessions, remote labor support, and 3 postpartum video call sessions.

Body Liberation Coaching

This package consists of four prenatal in-person sessions to be completed before the 37 week mark. Each session will included physical activities, guided meditations, breathing exercises, journal prompts and sound healing. These sessions are designed to strengthen the relationship between the birthing person and their body in preparation for labor and delivery. VIRTUAL AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
