Our 4th trimester postpartum doula services include breastfeeding support, newborn care & light housekeeping. Doula support improves birth outcomes, increases safety and satisfaction in the birth and postpartum experience, and helps mothers achieve successful breastfeeding; all of which increases confidence in new parents and lowers perinatal mental health disorders, such as postpartum depression.

As a doula, I hold a deep respect for the wonders of the human body, a passion in what nature has to teach us and a genuine love of people. I have been guided to birthwork by my own life experiences, including the birth of my children, and learning to co-exist with pelvic floor dysfunction. I recently started my journey as a pregnancy, birth, and postpartum Doula. I am also a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). After my own struggles with breastfeeding my daughter, I set out to become more educated and trained to help my patients, friends, and family with breastfeeding. Hello my name is Brandy Estrada and I have been a certified doula for a short very educational year. My former work were group homes, foster care, caregiving, cna, rna, respiratory care, management, and hospice care. Needless to say I have a broad background of caring for everyone from all ranges of life. From pregnancy to postpartum and infant care to beyond, it’s always been my calling. I believe in judgement free zones and adhering and listening to mothers. I am here to offer emotional and informational support. I believe everyone has their own way of doing things and it’s not my job to dictate but to listen and guide, with positive reinforcement, in a helping and caring manner.
