About me
Hey there! I’m Karly, here to help you navigate the wild world of the best job in the world, being a parent! With over 10 years of experience and a passion for helping others. Whether you’re a first-time parent or adding another baby to the family, I’m here to provide the guidance and encouragement you need. When I’m not busy supporting other families as a doula, I am a mom of two amazing kiddos and a wife. Or you may see me assisting in bringing new life into the world as a Labor and Delivery RN. I recently started my journey as a pregnancy, birth, and postpartum Doula. I am also a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). After my own struggles with breastfeeding my daughter, I set out to become more educated and trained to help my patients, friends, and family with breastfeeding. I am passionate about getting parents thru the early days with a minimal amount of tears (sorry, there will always be some). If you need tips on latching, positioning, bottle feeding, figuring out pumping schedules, managing clogged ducts or mastitis or just need a support experienced mama in your corner, I’m your gal!

I met Karly in the hospital after giving birth to my son. He was dropping weight too quickly and we were struggling with breast feeding. Karly worked with us in the hospital, and continued to guide us with home appointments and phone calls afterwards.
