My approach is warm, calm, evidence-informed, and nonjudgmental. I believe there is no single “right” way to give birth, my role is not to tell you what your birth should look like, but to help you feel informed, prepared, heard, and supported as you make the choices that are right for you and your family. I have experience supporting unmedicated births, epidurals, inductions, VBACs, cesarean births, breastfeeding, postpartum adjustment, and childbirth education. My background in parenting consultation and Circle of Security also shapes the way I care for families.
