About me

Pregnancy, childbirth and new babies have been my passion since I first found out I was pregnant over 16 years ago. My birth and postpartum experiences - both wonderful and challenging - fed my spirit and inspired me to give back to other new parents. This passion has stayed with me through the years as I've worked with families and my own children have grown. I have both LIVED and LEARNED experience with pregnancy, birth, postpartum, newborns and new parenthood. I am excited to help you and your family along your journey of parenthood in an open, non-judgmental manner. From pregnancy through birth and beyond, my support, knowledge, and experience can help you become the parents you know you can be. I would love to help ease the many transitions that a new baby can bring, help you build confidence in your abilities, and provide support for all your new family needs. I look forward to supporting you along this joyful, exciting, and amazing adventure! I am here to help YOU, expecting and new parents, to feel sure of yourselves in your roles by shining light on your own innate intelligence and that of your new baby. I am excited to teach you the basics, the truths, and the skills to confidently prepare for, enter, and beautifully navigate postpartum and new parenthood.

We hired Hilary as our Postpartum Doula and she provided us critical support, care, and counsel from day one of leaving the hospital with our newborn son. I don't know how we could have gotten through this phase without her regular day and night time visits. The breaks she provided us a few times a week were invaluable: leaving our son with someone we fully trusted to catch up on sleep or even run errands. She was also a constant ear for us with all of our new-parent questions: from our baby's health, to breastfeeding, to products. If she doesn't know the right answer, she will get you in touch with someone who does. She is fully dedicated to making sure you have the support you need and are on a good path as a new family. Hilary has a great approach to coming into your home and making everything feel smooth and easy. We are going to miss working with her, and can't recommend her business enough to other families whether it's your first kid or your fourth.

Hilary was an invaluable partner for my family as we entered parenthood. We started with her newborn care class, and after baby arrived, we continued working with Hilary as our postpartum doula and joined two back-to-back sessions of her new parent group. She's a fantastic group facilitator and was the first new person we trusted to care for our baby! Her support and guidance were absolutely critical as we navigated a NICU stay, breastfeeding challenges, and other common newborn struggles. And I have no doubt that she's only hired the best to build her agency team!

We felt so lucky to have Hilary as our postpartum doula. Her stellar support was a huge help as we navigated the first weeks of new parenthood. We would recommend her in a heartbeat to other new parents.
