We asked Lauren to join us for our recent birth of our baby boy. This was my 4th birth but my first time planning for an unmedicated birth and without being induced. It was also my husbands 1st baby and birth. Lauren was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable at informing us of all our options and educated us so I was able to have a very successful unmediated birth as well as teaching my husband how to coach me and support me through pregnancy and labor. She was able to also inform me of all my rights in a hospital setting when it came to advocating for myself for what I wanted during my labor and birth. Our baby boy was still breech towards the end of my pregnancy and Lauren had tons of helpful stretches for me to do along with showing and helping us with a breech circuit and we were able to successfully and safely get our sweet boy to flip into an amazing position all in the comfort of our home. Lauren was always there to answer my phone calls and texts with ANY question I had at ANY hour. My labor came on quickly and Lauren was able to get to the hospital quickly when my husband called her to be there to help me and my husband welcome our baby into this world. She stayed with us after and was able to help me make some decisions I was uncertain about after birth which I was so incredibly grateful for (I had no idea how much I could say no to things when it came to things they wanted to give/do to our baby after birth). She continued to check up on us after the birth and helped me through postpartum emotions with reassuring me that what I was experiencing was completely normal and also brought me a rebalance supplement along with some amazing soup to my postpartum visit. I wish I would have had Lauren a part of my other 3 pregnancies and births because this was hands down the most AMAZING experience ever!
