Hi there, My name is Carla and my motto is: be who you needed when you were in need. I have passionately served as a doula for others for years, without even knowing that this profession existed. I believe that doulas are angels created to care for women while they showcase their superpowers and fulfilling the most important mission yet. I've had the honor to carry a little human earth side myself. However, my birth story was not what I had wished for. I can proudly say that becoming a doula is my way of living by my motto. My dream is to assist and care for as many women (and their families) as possible before, during, and after birth.

Holly lives in New Smyrna Beach with her family, her husband Todd of 16 years and their precious daughter Emerson, 9 years old. Holly became interested in helping others, first with a career in teaching yoga and expanded into birth support. Certified as a Prenatal Yoga teacher in 2016. A lactation consultant in 2018 and a doula in 2020. Holly strives to support women and families in need of emotional, physical, and spiritual support before during and after delivery.

I have been a certified doula for over 12 years, serving the Orlando area. I support Mommies who have hospital births, home births and birth center births. I provide support during pregnancy, labor & delivery, and postpartum. I love supporting women through their transition into motherhood. I am also surviving being Mommy of 4 :)

I have lived in Orlando since the summer of 2000 and received my BA in International Relations, before deciding that the work that sets my soul on fire is helping mamas and kiddos live mindful, meaningful lives where they trust their intuition and learn to love themselves unconditionally. My goal as a doula is to help moms realize that they have the inner strength to achieve the pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods of their dreams. With my certification as a yoga teacher, I apply much of what I learned in my training within my birth support services.
