Birth & Postpartum Doula
Ocala, Florida
About me

Hi, I’m Britt—birth doula, prenatal yoga educator, and mama to two incredible sons who continue to shape the way I show up in this work. My path into birthwork was deeply personal, rooted in both my own postpartum experiences and a desire to create the kind of support I wish I’d had. I believe birth is not just a physical event—it’s a rite of passage that deserves presence, care, and respect. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally aware, and centered around helping you feel safe in your body and confident in your voice. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, homebirth, or something in between, I’m here to walk beside you—not to lead, fix, or direct—but to hold space, offer tools, and honor your wisdom as you birth your baby and yourself.

Sun, Soil & Sisterhood Mother's Day Picnic
Ocala, Florida
Join us for Sun, Soil & Sisterhood—a Mother’s Day picnic honoring the beauty, strength, and softness of motherhood in all its forms. Whether you’re expecting, postpartum, or years into the journey, this is a space to connect with other moms, celebrate the incredible work you’re doing, and just breathe. We’ll gather in the park for mocktails, sweet treats, and a grounding breathwork circle, with space to talk, laugh, and hold one another in community. There will be a play area for the little ones and access to indoor courts so everyone can move freely. Bring your favorite picnic blanket and your own snacks if you’d like—light sandwiches and refreshments will be provided. Come as you are. Rest, reconnect, and let yourself be celebrated—you deserve it. Sponsored by Cedar + Pine Birth and Zen + Juice Wellness.
