About me

I believe that childbirth is very intense, hard work, but is not designed to be traumatic, that children are a blessing from the Lord, and in most cases, the discomfort that comes with the WORK of childbirth can be managed well through mental, emotional, physical and spiritual conditioning to promote a smoother transition from the womb to the world.. It is my pleasure to teach and guide parents how to do just that.

I cannot express our level of appreciation or find enough kind words about Jenn! My husband and I were blessed enough to take her birth course & we both were thoroughly amazed by the amount of knowledge she shares and valuable information. The level of comfort and peace I felt after her class is beyond measure. As a first time mom, I went in with nerves and tons of questions. Jenn delivers the information with such compassion and her loving personality shines through with everything she does.

We loved our time with Jenn and learned so much during our Calm Birth Classes. She is a wonderful teacher and has a fun way of communicating what she is teaching. After each class she provides a summary of what we talked about and more! Love having the option to refer back to our lessons to review. Jenn was also our Doula and we are so grateful for the support she provided all throughout my pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Jenn has a gentle spirit and will also speak truth and love! Having her during the labor of my daughter was a gift. She truly loves what she does and the people she gets to care for. -Maricel & Ray

Absolutely loved this class! Jenn is so awesome, always being so positive. My husband and I went into the class a little scared, but came out feeling so empowered and excited. Jenn was so joyful and informative, we felt really prepared. We ended up having an amazing birth and credit this class and Jenn. Would love to take it again! 10/10 recommend

We really enjoyed the calm birth class facilitated by Jenn. We are first time parents and she was very approachable, humorous and knowledgeable. We both feel much more confident and empowered to make informed decisions in childbirth and that we have some skills in our toolbox of how to cope with pain in a natural childbirth. We would recommend her to other first time parents.

I'm a first time mama, planning to have my baby at a birth center and Miss Jenn was such a wonderful birth class teacher. I attended the five week long Calm Birth class and Jenn was a pleasure to work with. She is energetic and fun, very sweet and very informative; my husband and I really enjoyed our experience and time with her and would highly recommend her to any other first time mama or any mama who would like an informed birth. Thank you Miss Jenn!

Jen was my Doula and I wouldn't change a thing. If I had another baby, she would be my go to. She was an amazing coach, teacher and friend throughout the process.

It was great working with Jenn. We went through her birth class before delivery and learned so much that we chose her as our doula. When our son was born, she also taught us different techniques.

Jenn has been a god send! She kept me calm throughout my pregnancy and eased any of my worries. Educated me on my pregnancy. Was there for me through my prenatal depression. Guided me through my labor and cut my daughter’s imbecile cord. As a single mother. She was a calm amidst the storm. She became family. Assured me that everything was okay.
