I am a mother of 2, birth and Postpartum doula, BRM pro, and a photographer leaving in San Francisco. I am observant, thoughtful person with a good sense of humor who enjoys personal connections, walks, books, tea, plants and good conversations.
Includes 3 prenatal meetings, on call time between 37 and 42 weeks, labor attendance and 1-3 postpartum visits.
facilitate strategies to promote more rest and enjoy this transitional period better, - help with nursing, breastfeeding or bottle feeding, - help with emotional and physical coping/comforting techniques for post birth recovery, - provide resources and list of referrals, - facilitate nourishment and nutritional counseling (I am a very good cook!) - helping with errands, light cleaning, dishes, bottles etc
I work with people before and/or after birth providing informational, emotional and physical support, companionship, nurturing care and listening ear.
