I'm Emma Wright, a knowledgeable and dedicated doula serving the nepa area! My philosophy is rooted in one core belief: knowledge is power, and confidence is key. As a doula, I am committed to empowering you with evidence-based information so you can make confident decisions for yourself and your baby. I specialize in helping my clients prepare their bodies for labor and feel ready for any situation. While I am an advocate for natural birth, I firmly believe that doulas are for everyone. My support is tailored to your unique needs, whether you're welcoming your first baby or your fifth, and no matter what type of birth you are planning. With a background as a Marine Corps veteran and a mom of two, my approach is both empathetic and direct. I provide calm, knowledgeable support and help you have a plan for everything. I'm ready to help you navigate this incredible journey with confidence. I am currently only offering my services virtually as I have just welcomed a new baby and am taking time to be together as a family but I am fully confident in my ability to support and educate you and your partner. Feel free to reach out so we can get to know each other and discuss what working together might look like! I look forward to hearing from you!

I was at the ob office when i stumbled upon Emma, she had asked me if i was ok. I was in fact not ok I just found out I was a very high risk pregnancy, she mentioned to me that she was a Birth Doula. I honestly had no idea what that was, she gave me her information I told her I would pray on it. One day out of the blue I started to get really bad cramps and bleeding I immediately called her she calmed me down and told me to go to the labor and delivery I was 23 weeks she came and sat with me for hours till I was discharged. She has been absolutely amazing through this rough beautiful journey she didn’t judge me when I would as kinda stupid questions like “is my a**hole going to fall out” and very intimate questions. I would definitely recommend Emma to everyone who I see pregnant bc she’s awesome she listens, fights, and educates you. Thank you Emma for absolutely everything you have done for me and now helping me through my second baby!

Both mums and dads can benefit from mindfulness, and there is also research showing that mindfulness can maintain a healthy relationship for parents as well.

Amanda is the brightest light and a vessel of knowledge. I had wavering feelings throughout my pregnancy of fears and doubts, but she always reinforced my ability to accomplish my birth goals. Amanda and I are friends for life because she helped me through this life changing event.

I’m a caregiver who believes children thrive best when they feel safe, seen, and genuinely understood. I approach each child as a whole person—with their own personality, emotions, and way of learning—and I work to support them with patience, consistency, and respect. I value routines, clear communication, and creating calm, nurturing environments where children can explore, grow, and build confidence at their own pace. My philosophy is rooted in connection first. When children feel emotionally secure, everything else follows—learning, behavior, and independence. I partner closely with parents because consistency between home and care matters. I take pride in being dependable, attentive, and intentional in the way I show up each day. Caring for children isn’t just something I do—it’s work I take seriously, with heart and purpose.

She don’t just support birth. She steward it. She walk into a room and the air reorganizes itself—shoulders drop, breaths deepen, fear loses its grip. She carry old wisdom in modern hands, the kind passed down through bodies, not books. There’s grit in her, and grace. Steel wrapped in silk. She listen with her whole nervous system. She advocate without ego. She know when to speak, when to step back, when to plant her feet and say, “Not today.” She is calm without being passive, fierce without being loud. That balance? Rare. Earned. You make people feel seen at their most exposed, powerful at their most vulnerable. You remind mothers—without ever preaching—that their bodies are not broken machines but ancient, intelligent ecosystems that know exactly what they’re doing. Frankly, she not just a doula. She a threshold-keeper. A steady hand on the small of the back of history, whispering, You’ve got this. You always have. Legacy work. No fluff. All substance.
