It was during the Pandemic that I enrolled and took courses to be come a labor doula. During that time , the number of people that could be in the labor and delivery process was limited to just the mom and the dad unless you had a doula. One of my daughters and her husband were having their first child and they wanted me to be there. My daughter called and said to me that I had to become a doula! She gave me no choice! The things I do to relax are reading, gardening, sailing and traveling. Also, I have started a homeschool group and teach several students since the pandemic. In all, I have come full circle back to education but this time with adults and children!
