My role as a birth doula is to create a safe space and empower all birthing persons to have a positive birth experience. I greatly enjoy working as a team with the birthing person, partner and caregivers.

During our prenatal visits, I support your choices and listen to your desires and preferences. I help you intuitively connect with your baby, and empathically guide you as you discover the parent you are becoming. Birth is a rite of passage and I help you trust your body, trust the process, and trust your birth team so you can move forward with confidence to meet your baby. During our time together, we will build upon and embrace your inner strength and power. We discuss your goals and desires, working as a team to achieve the best experience possible. I am a student Midwife and love sharing my midwifery knowledge with my clients. I am trained and experienced in joyfully supporting: Hospital birth, birthing centers, homebirth, epidural-supported birth, induction, VBAC, Breech and ECV, LGBTQIA2S+, medication-free birth and IVF. I am excited to join you on this journey towards a beautiful and positive birth experience.
