Sara received her coaching certification so she can combine her own passion for fitness with her passion for birth work. I started my journey as a birth and postpartum doula about 18 years ago. I provide overnight newborn care and holistic sleep coaching as well. I am currently studying midwifery and will no longer be attending hospital birth in person as I am completing my midwifery journey, but am offering birth coaching sessions online and also attending 2-3 out of hospital births per month.
