My journey into lactation consulting was sparked by my own experiences as a young mother. When I had my son at 19, I was clueless about breastfeeding. But with the unwavering support of my son's aunt, an experienced IBCLC, we overcame every obstacle and breastfed for 3 amazing years. Her passion and dedication inspired me to pay it forward and become a lactation consultant myself. For the past 4.5 years, I've been proudly serving as a CLC, and I recently sat for the IBCLC exam in April 2024. With a holistic approach to lactation support, I believe in empowering moms and reminding them that they're doing an incredible job, even when the journey gets tough. The most rewarding part of my job? Being your biggest cheerleader.
