My doula journey began 5 years ago while living on the beautiful island of Hawaii. Living in Hawaii was such an experience for me. The culture and dynamic there was truly eye opening, especially the birth culture. I started supporting clients during the peak of covid, which led me to really focus on childbirth education due to the limitations in the hospitals at the time. My first two babies were the traditional induction/hospital births and after my training and working with families, I was able to apply my knowledge with my last baby. I hired a doula for myself and was able to see how wonderful our bodies truly are. My passion for birth and supporting women only grew from here. I am so passionate about bringing families the education and support they desire while they embark on this wonderful journey of parenthood!

Christina Deleon is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), has a Master of Science in Dietetics & Nutrition, yoga instructor, and certified birth and postpartum doula with over 15 years of experience based out of Charleston, SC. I am a certified birth doula, childbirth educator, and peer lactation counselor that has a passion for natural birth, homebirth, VBACs, and more. I want nothing more than to help make your low intervention birth dreams come true. I’ve had 2 of my own VBACs, one of which was at home, completely intervention free and physiological 😍 it’s absolutely possible to birth in power…I know because I did it! When I’m not at a birth, I’m outside with my chickens or in the garden. I’m a mom of three and also homeschool them! We also love hanging out down at the beach.
