About Jamia

I’m a Christian holistic doula. My passion for birthwork all began when I had a life changing experience with my third birth! I learned so much throughout my entire pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. I also had the pleasure of having a doula with me throughout my entire birth! Every expectant mother should have a doula! After seeing how much of a difference it made having all the education and tools to experience a completely different birth outcome for myself I went on to gain my certification so I can serve mothers through their journey. My mission is to help educate, equip, empower, support and advocate for women throughout their pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. Into a harmonious transition into motherhood!

A great option for those who have a scheduled c-section and would like more evidence based resources and support.

Labor Support Only

This option is great for anyone who is only looking for support during labor. Especially great for hospital births.

I offer complimentary consultation, prenatal sessions, educational, informational, physical and emotional support. Unlimited labor support. Tools and techniques for pain management. Holistic postpartum care, meal prep, lactation support, light housekeeping, errands, breastfeeding/bottle support, postpartum mental health support and more!
