I’am a certified labor doula, postpartum doula and hypno-doula, childbirth educator and Yoga teacher. I teach childbirth classes combined with yoga. BEND - BREATHE - EDUCATE I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration but my passion is to serve others and make a difference in other people’s life. Doula work allows me to provide this service. My vision is that every woman has the knowledge and tools to make an educated decision about pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and breastfeeding. I want every woman to be empowered to speak up, voice her wishes, dreams, needs and wants when it comes to her body and her baby. I also want every woman to be surrounded by loving and caring support. My mission is to treat every woman in an unbiased, non-judgmental way and empower her to speak up, seek and follow her intuition to have a beautiful childbirth.
