I work closely with each mom and baby to understand their unique needs and desires. To know how breastfeeding works is the first step to success. This prenatal class will provide all the information, tools and resources to help you set up your breastfeeding goals and reach them with confidence.
The inicial consult includes a complete review of mom and baby health history and top feeding concerns will be discussed. A full feeding observation will take place and an oral and breast exam as well. It will help give a complete assessment at this consult before an individualized care plan is made to problems solve top issues. You will receive 1 week support via phone call, text messaging and/or email.
The purpose of this visit is to reassess infant feeding, to readjust the care plan as needed and to address any other questions or concerns you may have.
A complete mom and baby health history will be taken and will review the main feeding concerns for the meeting. A personalized plan will be made to solve the top concerns. Includes 1 week support via phone call, text messaging or email.
This consult will ensure you are using the appropriate flange size, pump settings and pumping routine. We will discuss ways to maintain your supply and create a schedule with pumping that works for your daily routine. Information on pumping in the workplace will be provided. We'll discuss paced bottle feeding and what that looks like and how to do it.
All of my services are meant to offer a personalized plan to help you reach your goals among your breastfeeding journey. I will be with you since your pregnancy to the moment you decide to wean.
