I’m certified and trained as a birth and postpartum doula, and have taken courses with Spinning Babies, Bundle Birth Nurses, DONA, Birth Boot Camp, and more. I have 2 girls aged 7 and 4, who I had unmedicated, and I LOVE natural birth. I started this journey after difficulties with my own pregnancy, having miscarried in my second child at 20 weeks. I struggled with postpartum depression and breastfeeding and wanted to be by the side of other women so that they may feel kindness and support, secure, and loved if their experiences mirrored hers.
