I offer prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, postpartum strength training and various workshops focus on a healthy pregnancy, empowered birth and supported postpartum.
I took prenatal yoga classes weekly with Kelly during my second pregnancy, and it had such a positive impact on my physical and mental health. Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable about how yoga can help during pregnancy and birth. She also helped create a welcoming and supportive community during each class, so I was able to connect to other people who were also on their own pregnancy journeys.
