My husband and I worked with Jennifer the last trimester of my pregnancy. She always made herself accessible for any questions, and we felt very well supported by her. Jennifer was extremely thorough, timely, and compassionate. She was a master at feeding us information at the right time as not to overwhelm us. My husband and I wound up taking a 6 hour birth class a month before our due date, and we felt so well prepared from Jennifer, that the information in the birth class seemed repetitive from what Jennifer had already instilled in us! The day I went into labor, Jennifer was accesible every moment. She was truly an advocate for us and made us feel safe and connected. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to any couple looking for doula. My met several, and Jennifer was truly the best of the best. Thank you Jennifer!!

Our family was lucky enough to cross paths with Jennifer for our second pregnancy. Our first birth was during covid times and also resulted in an emergent c-section which led to some trauma and fears the second time around. We were very interested in attempting a VBAC (vaginal birth after c-section) and heavily researched the best doula to help support that. From day one we could tell Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in a variety of birth outcomes and she truly helped mitigate our fears. During our entire pregnancy and birth she was one of our biggest support systems and provided really good exercises and recommendations that truly helped prepare my body for labor and we believe she was a huge reason why we were able to achieve our VBAC. To note, during my hospital birth she was the absolute best advocate and was a great support system for not only me but my husband as well. Additionally, she worked very collaboratively with our OB/GYN and I truly believe to this day we had the absolute dream team with Jennifer and our physician (which my doctor has said she is one of her favorite doulas to work with over the span of her career). Even though we've moved states would consider flying her out for any subsequent births she's that good! When we imagined what doula support would be she truly embodied everything and then some! Jennifer has become like family to us and we are grateful to have been able to benefit so greatly from her services.

Jennifer is simply amazing!! She has the inate ability to connect and know your soul and provide exactly what you need. Hands down one of the best decisions of my life was the privilege of having Jennifer as my doula! I had a traumatic c section with my first born and she helped heal my trauma and set me up for my best chance at a VBAC. I had a very healing triumphant VBAC birth thanks to her!!! Working with Jennifer was such a life-saver, I seriously can not say enough about her care for me as a new mother! As a postpartum doula, she taught me how to wash my brand new baby girl, assisted me with breastfeeding, helped me RELAX and take care of myself and coached me through some of the most difficult days of my life. I suffered from very severe baby blues and Jen loved me, cared for me, supported my husband, and nurtured my baby girl while I worked on healing from delivery and feeling healthy. My only regret was not having her for my birth AND postpartum care. I feel that God and the universe brought Jen to me and I will be forever thankful.

I met Jennifer Wilson at a birth. She was warm, excited and all about the patient. Her attitude was very positive and she communicated the patient’s needs in a very respectful manner. We collaborated to help the patient. In a very team player and goal oriented way.
