I am certified as a birth and postpartum doula, advanced breastfeeding counselor, and childbirth educator. I graduated from Duke University with degrees in English and cultural anthropology. I knew I wanted to be a childbirth educator when I gave birth to my daughter in 2015. My husband and I had used The Bradley Method® to prepare, and we had the most amazing water birth.
