About me

I am a birth and postpartum doula serving St Lucie, Martin and Indian River counties. I am a firm believer in advocating for families, building a foundation of trust by connecting them with resources and information that empower them to have the best birth experience possible. I am trained in Spinning Babies, and have experience with pre-term labor, natural labor, c-sections, and lactation. I am also experienced as a postpartum doula and can help with cooking, tidying up, and infant care.

Service introduction

I offer birth doula services including 3 prenatal appointments, birth, and 2 postpartum appointments. This includes childbirth education, writing a birth plan, positioning and comfort measure education, and plenty of time to discuss needs based on family preferences. Each appointment is a minimum of one hour. I also offer postpartum doula services including preparing meals, light cleaning, emotional support, and more. I have packages, but am also available a la carte.

Birth Doula Package

3 prenatal appointments beginning in the third trimester, birth, and 2 postpartum appointments within 2 weeks of birth. Each appointment is a minimum of one hour.

USD Flat rate

Postpartum Doula Package

5 postpartum appointments (1 hour minimum) for meal preparation, light cleaning, emotional support, writing birth story, and other services as requested. Prices start at $850, but are subject to change depending on special requests.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide childcare?

I am able to assist with childcare so that my clients can rest or have time for self care.

Do you offer discounts?

I offer 20% off to military families, families of law enforcement or first responders, ministry workers, and medical workers.

Do you cook?

I have lots of experience cooking for families, and previously operated a catering business. I am able to cook, however, the family must provide the ingredients.

What happens if you have an emergency and can’t be my doula?

In the rare event that I become suddenly unavailable due to illness or emergency, I provide backup doula services with an alternate doula at no cost.

Do you have weekend or evening availability?

I am available on weekends and evenings at no additional cost. I want your care to meet your scheduling needs and understand that families need flexible scheduling.

Where would we have appointments?

Most of my visits are done in the client’s home due to the nature of the work. I can assist with packing hospital bags, massage, comfort measures, and other personal things. Most clients feel most comfortable in their own home. I am able to attend provider visits and emergency visits to the hospital.
