My name is Aura Santaella I’m the founder of Your Lactation Journey. I’m a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Throughout my nursing career for the last 11 years I have always supported and educated breastfeeding mothers in their breastfeeding journey in my work in pediatrics. My experience includes working as a bedside RN in pediatric critical care including PICU and NICU. My nursing career has always revolved around supporting my patients and their mothers in their lactation journey. With my NP experience, I practiced in a pediatric clinic, where I incorporated 1:1 lactation support to all the mother-baby breastfeeding dyads who needed it. I’m a mother to 4 children, all of whom were breastfed and all of whom were born tongued tie. So I’m very familiar with the learning curve, the struggles, as well as the victories (both small and big) related to breastfeeding. My first born were twins, and my two littlest are singletons who are 18 months apart. With all of my births my children were in the NICU for a short time, so breastfeeding was a transition, a learning process, and not something that just came naturally. Every breastfeeding experience is unique. I'm here to support, teach, & embrace you in yours and your baby's breastfeeding journey.

Hi everyone! My name is Grey Graham, and I am a Certified Postpartum and Birth Doula, as well as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Currently, I service South Florida (primarily), but I am open to traveling to North Florida, as well as any neighboring states. In my honest opinion, I think children are a precious gem, they are Gods gift to us here on Earth. They're just so sweet and actually quite fun to be around, I believe that they are the future and we can learn more from them then we think. I decided to become a doula become after constantly stumbling across people with fears/ bad stories about giving birth and having children. I saw that people were afraid of having an actual baby, anxious that they'd be abandoned in the delivery room, and nervous about how to take care of them after. My ideal practice is to give judgment free help families adapt to bringing their baby home, understand any concerns they have, and hopefully aid them into becoming able to enjoy this milestone of their life.
