I offer a range of services and very customizable packages as both a Postpartum Doula and Advanced Newborn Care Specialist. Welcome families! I am a full spectrum doula and integrative bodywork practitioner, therapeutic parent coach and infant care specialist. I have been working with families and children in a multitude of capacities over the last 15 years and am deeply passionate abut supporting women through their birth journey in a holistic and grounding manner. I have a masters degree in psychology with an emphasis in birth work and am a certified doula through both DONA International and Denver Health. I have supported over 150 families through the labor process and have extensive experience and knowledge on all the different ways that labor and delivery can go. I am particularly passionate about home birth and about helping women to achieve natural, unmedicated births with little to no medical intervention and little to no pain! I come to you with a ton of knowledge, experience and resources to support you through your pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum period! I take a compassionate approach and prioritize my clients desires and needs above all else, acting as an advocate as well as a support person. It is important to me to develop long lasting trusting relationships with the families I work with as birth is such an intimate and pivotal experience. I found my love and passion for supporting families and children in 2002 when I began my career as a Nanny.  I would frequently found myself supporting newborns/infants as a Nanny and chose to transition to a Newborn Care Specialist officially in 2021.  As of 2023, I have supported over 30 families with their childcare and newborn development. In order to bolster my experience and skills, I sought educational opportunities that specialized in newborn/infant care.  I have completed course offerings from Newborn Care Solutions in both Foundational and Advanced levels and am an Elite, CACHE certified NCS; along with being a trained doula and working on my certification for lactation counselor, I continue learning and growing my knowledge through safe sleep courses and many other trainings pertaining to newborns.
