I will strive to provide you with evidence based, and quality researched resources to support your new and growing family instead of the latest fads and trends in social media parenting. Support will look like assistance with lactation needs, pumping, bottle feeding, and general newborn and postpartum body recovery without leaving your home. I hope to come alongside you in the beginning of your parenting journey, to listen to your worries, to process your birth story, to guide you in areas of concern, and cheer for you with all the growth and success I know you will achieve in parenthood! I look forward to sharing resources, references, recipes, and love with anyone who finds themselves navigating this amazing, (and I will be honest….) difficult, frustrating, scary, joyful, exhausting, and moving time of life.
