Hello! My name is Monica, but you can call me Moni. I am a licensed midwife, doula, newborn care specialist, childbirth educator, and yoga instructor with 28 years of experience. I’ve attended thousands of births in homes, hospitals, and birth centers, including VBACs and cesareans. My passion lies in providing comprehensive and compassionate care that extends well beyond birth and into the postpartum period, always prioritizing education, information, and support. As a doula, midwife & yoga instructor, I offer tools to prepare your body during pregnancy for labor and help your baby find an optimal position for an easier birth. I’m also the creator of Easier Pregnancy, Easier Birth, Easier Postpartum, and Easier Newborn Care—programs designed to support women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and early newborn care. Additionally, I handcraft soothing soaps, lotions, and balms for babies and women. Outside of work, I enjoy playing the piano, writing, crocheting, and crafting beautiful things. My goal is to provide a comforting, personalized touch to every family's journey, ensuring each experience is smooth and easier.
