Greetings! My name is Christine Scarlett. I am a former pediatric nurse and now a certified birth, sibling, and postpartum doula. I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor, Certified Educator of Infant Massage, and Gift Registry Advocate. Perhaps my best credential is being the mother of seven adult children and grandmother of many. I have had one cesarean, six VBAC’s, and sadly, one miscarriage. My personal experiences run the gamut of hospital, home, and waterbirth. I have many years of breastfeeding experience and do volunteer work in that field. I homeschooled for many years and still teach in a co-op one morning per week. Other specialties include cloth diapering, babywearing, healthy cooking, and even just laundry services. Contact me for a free interview to see if I can help you meet your unique goals.

As a dedicated and supportive mother, my goal is to help you take a step back and truly take hold of each moment of your labor. I believe in empowering you to make the choices that feel right for you as your birth journey unfolds. Your birth story should be a beautiful reflection of your experience and the role you play. I live by a simple yet profound motto: “The mother deserves to be cherished and celebrated, the baby deserves to be embraced and revered, and the space around them is sacred and should be honored.” Together, let's create an atmosphere that nurtures all of this. I am a birth doula who equally specializes in all birth outcomes. I delivered my son who was incomparable with life and it opened my eyes to the need of bereavement doulas. Hold and honor your babies.

Hi! My name is Alyssa I am a full spectrum doula and living in southeast Michigan. I have always loved babies, caring for my friends, and giving my all and helping whenever they are pregnant, postpartum, or simply raising their families. I have always enjoyed being able to offer acts of service and support to others, and becoming a doula has helped me embrace this love language in so many new ways I never knew possible. With becoming a doula, my goal is to help support new families and moms by emotionally and physically supporting them through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Advocating for them with knowledge, and helping them make thought out decisions when needed in labor. I want to help every mom take back their birth and make it an experience they love to talk about and remember. As stated in Isaiah chapter 66, verse 13, “As a mother comforts her child, so I will comfort you.” My goal as a doula is to mother the mother through every stage and be there for her and her family.

Hi everyone! After I became a mom, I realized how much more I wish I had known. I looked back at all sorts of decisions I made in the birth process that affected my experience. My passion now is to enter the journey with others and make sure they have the information and resources that they need to confidently make decisions for themselves. Birth is also a very vulnerable and major transition in life for both the birther and the partner. My role is to provide reassurance and emotional support to both! Helping you create a plan to come as close to your desired birth experience as possible is also on my list of to do’s. You may know what you want it to feel like but you’re not sure how to achieve that. I’m here to help! Whether you’re having a c-section, a med-free birth, a birth with pain medications, a home birth or a hospital birth, I’m happy to support those decisions and make it the best experience possible. I see myself as a gap-filler. What ever seems to be missing for you (physical, emotional, or informational support), I’m there to fill it in.

Hi there! I'm Jill, and I'm an IBCLC and a holistic sleep specialist. I work with families to get to the root of their feeding and/or sleep challenges. Unique from other sleep consultants, I work with families to help understand & address the root cause of their baby's night wakings without ANY form of separation-based sleep training. My approach centers attachment and is informed by neuroscience & infant brain development, as well as biological feeding norms. Because I specialized training in lactation care, oral function, and nutrition, I have helped hundreds of families identify missed (or dismissed) issues affecting sleep and improve their child's health & well-being for life.

Thank you for taking a minute to learn more about me! My name is Cari Walters. After an eight year battle with infertility, including a full year of testing, medications, and numerous hospital visits, I started my own mom Journey. My husband was deployed to Iraq for the birth of our first child. I would have been all alone if it wasn’t for the close-knit military wives (and occasionally my mom who lived out of state) that encircled me during this precious time. If it wasn’t for these women loving on me and advising me before, during, and after my birth, I know it would not have been such a positive experience. I knew at once that I wanted to support and love other moms in the same manner. I started out supporting new moms by being a part of a group called MOPS. My husband returned from war and shortly after we were blessed with a second baby without all the fertility trials. I continued working with moms through the MOPS organization as we moved across the country to Colorado. It was there that I met a beautiful friend and fellow MOPS mentor who introduced me to being a doula. In 2020, after taking the 200hr course with 75hrs of clinical work I began my journey as a full spectrum doula. I absolutely love birth and postpartum work but quickly learned that I really shined on the postpartum side of birth work. I concentrated on obtaining my Newborn Care Specialist certification and Sleep Guide Certification to improve and round out my skills as a postpartum doula.
