Hello, friends! I’m a certified birth doula based in the Bryan/College Station area, and I’m here to support you in creating your best birth experience. Helping mothers navigate this incredible journey is my true passion! With a background in hospital labor and delivery, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for each mom to feel empowered and in control of her own birth story. Birth is a beautiful gift, and I believe that everyone invited into a mother’s space should bring love, encouragement, and support. As a doula, I provide continuous emotional and physical support, helping you feel confident and informed throughout the process. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where you can thrive during labor and delivery, no matter where your journey takes you. I’m here to listen, guide, and advocate for your wishes, ensuring that your experience is as joyful and fulfilling as possible. When I’m not supporting families, I enjoy visiting the local farmers market to find fresh, seasonal ingredients and connect with our vibrant community. I also love spending time playing board games with friends or exploring new coffee shops with my husband. I cherish moments that bring people together and celebrate the joy of connection. Everything and the Kitchen Sink

This is all that I offer for birth doula services. If you are someone that is a first time mom or is just someone who is needing a very hands on doula, this package is for you! This includes: - 2-3 prenatal appointments to establish a relationship and to go over birth planning - 24/7 access to me (via text or call) - 24 hr on call starting at 38 weeks until your little ones birthday party - 1 postpartum visit to aid in postpartum healing and breastfeeding

This package is designed for moms who want exclusive support for labor and birth, making it ideal for those who have experience. Here’s what it includes: • 1 Prenatal Visit: We’ll discuss your birth preferences and establish a plan. • 24/7 Access: You can reach me anytime via text or call for support. • On-Call Support: I’ll be available starting at 38 weeks until your little ones birthday party! • 1 Postpartum Visit: I’ll check in to help with breastfeeding and healing as needed.
