Alyssa is a certified reflexologist, DONA certified birth doula, DONA trained postpartum doula and Hypnobirthing Positive Birth Instructor. Her birth work journey began accidentally when she started serving growing families through her reflexology practice. She is a raving fan of her clients and adapts to each unique birthing environment to support the families’ needs. Her primary goal is to never stop learning and growing. She is always finding a new book to read, ways to improve processes and truly looks forward to driving while absorbing podcasts. She co-hosts a women's health monthly book club, a local birth circle and loves to connect people and facilitate community support.
