I'm a Christian DONA International doula, serving families in the SW Ohio area. I am a mother of five children, I have had home births, natural hospital birth, and medicated births. I have also assisted as a doula at homebirths. I have spent years collecting information and resources regarding birth, nutrition, and how best to support healing after birth. I have amassed a wealth of knowledge but I am constantly learning and love to guide other women to information so they can make the best decisions possible for their family. I provide birth education and as your labor coach I want to help empower you to have information and understanding surrounding physiological birth so that you can have an amazing labor and delivery.
