Basic package

Two preterm visits: Visit to create a birth plan with you. Second visit to go over my tools, library you can borrow, positions, beers, and ways to get through early labor with you and your partner. Labor support: Virtual availability and early labor support. In person support for Mom and partner during active labor providing education along the way so you can make evidence-based decisions and referring to your birth plan. Positions, coaching, and other support that has been proven effective to improve chances of spontaneous vaginal delivery, improve recovery, increase overall satisfaction, shortened labor, and help you make you more comfortable. Mental support to keep your head in the game while addressing fears and anything that comes up along the way and holding space for you. Helping partners to be involved where they may not know what to do. One postpartum visit: Lighthouse work, like meal prep, company for Mom, support for family and transition, resources for massage, chiropractic care, lactation consulting and so much more. The Postpartum visit is 3 hours. 24/7 virtual access from time of higher to 2 weeks or longer after birth. On call 36 weeks (or sooner if needed) to 2 weeks after birth. Additional postpartum packages can be purchased. I require a $200 deposit at booking that will go towards your total and have payment plans available. The basic birth package can be tailored to better fit your needs.

Birth planning

Just want a comprehensive birth plan backed with evidence to make the best choices for you and your family? This investment is for you! I tailor an in-depth birth plan with you. This includes some education for you to make the best choices possible and science back data to make the best informed choices not just for your birth plan, but if something changes during birth and things do not go as planned you are prepared. You will be fully equipped to be in control and your birth team knows what your wishes are. I recommend adding virtual support to this service, but it can stand alone.

Postpartum Doula

Light house work, like meal prep or cooking, company for mom, support for family and transition, daily virtual support, resources for massage, chiropractic care, lactation consulting and so much more. Packages start at 3 to 4 hours at $35 per hour and are available until baby is 12 months old. Overnight care is $40 per hour and can be pre-purchased in for our packages. Packages must be purchased at the time of signing the contract.
