Hello, my name is Alyx Cucci and I am a certified birthworker living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I have personally experienced a hospital birth, a birth center birth as well as a home birth and although they were all exceptionally different I loved each of them equally. As a birthworker I am a firm believer in the magic that is created by a birthing person and their partner during the entirety of the birth process. I am always grateful to be chosen as a witness to these extraordinary experiences and my ultimate hope is that I am more of a witness than anything else. I work hard to educate and empower a couple before the arrival of their baby so when the time comes, they are able to confidently and comfortably take control of their birth with me their merely as an extra set of hands when needed or sometimes to simply hold space. I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula serving the Corvallis area. I also have my Traditional Healthcare Worker certification and am a member of the Community Doula Program and will be able to bill Medicaid by the end of March. I am nonbinary and welcome trans and gender non-conforming clients and families. I have two young children and have lived experience with prematurity, NICU stays, and pregnancy loss. I have experienced several different birthing situations. Hello! My name is Angel McGinn and I have worked as a Registered Nurse for the past 15 years. My favorite positions were the ones I held as a Postpartum and/or Labor and Delivery nurse. I love being with families as they transition into parenthood and/or continue to grow their families. I’ve worked in many different areas of nursing, but decided to step away from the hospital to pursue my dream of becoming a Doula and being able to provided 1:1 client care. Additionally, I struggled with breastfeeding both of my boys, which prompted me obtain my CLC -lactation certification, so that I could be of assistance others in their chest/breastfeeding journey. Being a Doula is a new role for me, but this work is 100% aligned with what I believe I was made for. I have always wanted to be able to provide care at this level, so this transition has been like a dream come true for me! I am married and this year will be our 12th wedding anniversary in September. We have three children together and my husband has two from a previous marriage that are now young adults. Our two boys are 11 and 2 and we have a sweet baby girl that lives in heaven. Hello everyone, my name is Jennifer and I am a birth doula and Childbirth educator. I am also a bodywork specialist who does energy work. I am trained in Reiki and reflexology and while I was in massage school I took classes in pregnancy massage and labor massage. As a birth worker my passion is to help in the bonding of the family no matter what your family looks like if it is just mother and baby, partner, spouse, or even a family member I am there to help you find your voice and ease your journey as it plays out. Sometimes we want to think we can control what our birth will look like but the little bundle inside doesn't always listen and so I want to be there to help everyone involved reach the goal. My main passion is in continuous care. I left the nursing world after seeing the effects it had on laboring women and families having to build that rapport with the care team each appointment, shift changes and I did not like that. I want to be there with your family from start to finish, one less thing to worry about and one more thing to gain comfort in.

I am a trauma-informed and gender affirming birth worker in Marion County, Oregon, providing a range of parenting support packages.
