The bonus for me was how Nancy honored my ancestors nurturing, mother-exclusive, and healing traditions of pre and post childbirth. Nancy “held the line” as an active advocate in ensuring that my daughter -in-law’s birth plan was honored. She impressed our hospital medical team with her professional knowledge and partnering with the ups and downs during the delivery process. Finally, as a Haitian-American nurse who was blessed to have my son delivered by my late Nurse Midwife mother, I will vouch for Doula Nancy’s impeccable professionalism, clinical knowledge, and teaching skills to my daughter in preparation of her childbirth experience. I purchased Nancy’s “Birth Doula & Haitian Bain Fey Postpartum Package”. I didn’t fully know what to expect when choosing it but I’m glad I did! Nancy went above and beyond both during delivery and postpartum. I’m certain I could’ve have done it without her. The Bain fey was a relaxing experience and all of her other services were very healing for me. I feel like I’m almost 100% after less than 2 week’s postpartum & I attribute that to all of Nancy’s techniques. Beside all her services, she is knowledgeable and has a kind and giving spirit and I’m glad to have gotten to know her:)
