I provide birth and postpartum support that focuses on feeling safe, healing, bonding, and nourishing of the birthing parent - as it has a rippling effect on the rest of the family. I believe in holistic healing and evidence-based approach. I'm mother-centric during postpartum and clearly distinguish postpartum support from newborn care.

Birth Doula (Insurance)
I accept Colorado Medicaid, Colorado Access (CHP+). These insurances cover 3 hours prenatal, continuous labor and delivery support (active labor), and 3 hours postnatal.

Birth Doula (Self Pay)
This package includes 3 prenatal visits (90 min each), continuous labor and delivery support, and 2 postnatal visits (2hrs each). First time parents must complete a childbirth education course - which is included in this package. I instruct a 1:1 course in the comfort of your home.

Placenta Encapsulation
Honor your placenta with this Traditional Chinese practice of steaming, dehydrating, and consuming your placenta within the first 6-8 weeks of postpartum to promote healing and recovery. Consumption may not be for everyone, but you can get a cord keepsake, placenta print, or placenta tincture. Included: Placenta capsules (anywhere from 70-200 depending on placenta size), Placenta Print (artwork), Heart-shaped cord keepsake, placenta tincture (lasts forever).
