We teach HypnoBirthing and Pregnancy Yoga both online and in-person (in Bristol). We are an experienced team of teachers and we are all passionate about helping expectant parents have calm, positive and comfortable pregnancies and births, and to feel confident in making informed choices.

Ellie and Luiza are experienced birth and postnatal doulas as well as hypnobirthing practitioners (amongst other amazing things too!) They founded New Birth Club to bring accessible birth education classes to people around the world. They take a fluff free and scientific approach to birth, as it is a physiological process after all, without compromising the emotional and spiritual event that is labour.
