I have worked as a prenatal educator in the Kitchener-Waterloo area since 2014 and as a full-time birth and postpartum Doula since 2016. I previously worked as an administrator in a midwifery clinic for many years as well. I am able to share a wealth of information based on my personal and professional experience. When I was expecting my first born, I took HypnoBirthing® classes and had an empowering natural birth in a hospital setting with midwives. My second pregnancy was high risk and I again called on these techniques to stay calm and focused throughout pregnancy and birth. After my birthing experiences, in early 2018, I certified as an educator with the HypnoBirthing® Institute.
