I am a birth doula, wife, and mother of two; and co-owner of Heart of the Thumb Doula Services. Having had high risk pregnancies myself, I aim to help pregnant women feel less alone. My goal is to provide love, give support, and guide mothers through pregnancy, labor, and beyond.

I am co-owner of Heart of the Thumb Doula Services, where we offer preset packages for birth doula services, as well as the option to customize a plan that works best for you. We also offer flexible payment plans.
