I'm Emily, a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist dedicated to nurturing families through the early months of parenthood. I believe in providing compassionate, personalized support that respects each family's unique needs and values. My approach is rooted in the belief that parents are the experts on their own children, and I'm here to help build confidence, offer guidance, and support the development of a nurturing environment for your baby. I focus on fostering an infant's cognitive, motor, sensory, and speech development through attentive, responsive care, and I'm passionate about helping parents feel empowered in their journey. With 8 years of experience in overnight newborn care, including multiples, peemies and high-need babies, I bring a calm, steady presence into any home. I understand that every family is different, and I strive to create a space where parents can feel supported, rested, and confident in their new role. I aim to offer a balance of emotional support and practical help to make the transition into parenthood as smooth and joyful as possible.
