Early in my career, I kept thinking back to one of the first births I attended — a mama who was calm, in control, and so connected to her body. Eventually, I found my way to the program myself, and in 2021, I became a Certified Hypnobabies Childbirth Instructor and Hypno-Doula after 40 hours of in-person training. It was a game changer.
