Hi there, I'm Nikki Avila — and I’m so glad you’re here! Supporting pregnant mamas, surrogacy carriers, and intended parents has been a heartfelt calling for me over the years. Whether you’re growing your own family or supporting someone else’s journey, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, education, and genuine advocacy. There’s something magical about holding space for birthing families, and it brings me so much joy to know you’re seeking the kind of support that truly makes a difference. In 2018, I felt called to take my passion further and began training with several doula organizations. I intentionally sought programs that prioritized inclusivity, diversity, and continued mentorship even after certification. I studied both birth and postpartum care, knowing that the journey doesn’t start or stop at birth — it’s all part of a powerful, transformative process. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting over 25 VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) clients, and I’m also a certified VBAC Instructor. VBAC journeys hold a special place in my heart — they’re often layered with both hope and healing, and I love helping birthing people feel informed, empowered, and supported every step of the way. Early in my career, I kept thinking back to one of the first births I attended — a mama who was calm, in control, and so connected to her body. She told me she used a method called Hypnobabies, and that moment stuck with me. Eventually, I found my way to the program myself, and in 2021, I became a Certified Hypnobabies Childbirth Instructor and Hypno-Doula after 40 hours of in-person training. It was a game changer. Hypnobabies has completely transformed how I support families. It blends deep hypnosis techniques with evidence-based education and a powerful mindset shift. It’s designed for anyone who wants a more comfortable, confident, and peaceful birth. And the best part? It works — especially when you commit to the practice. The daily homework and listening tracks are essential, but the reward is a birthing experience rooted in calm and strength.
