As a pelvic and women's health physical therapist for 20 years, I believe in empowering patients and helping them learn how to heal and care for themselves. I want to help patients have and get back to optimal function, be it in exercise, work, childcare, physical intimacy - whatever is being affected by bladder, bowel, pelvic pain, prolapse, or other pelvic health conditions; or during pregnancy and postpartum. In addition to patient care, I also teach and train other health providers all over the U.S. and outside the nation to provide pelvic floor and perinatal rehabilitation services through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

Kelsie Hammons is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and is certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). She supports mamas through mind-body healing and support as pregnancy, birth and postpartum is a physiological process. Kelsie is EMDR trained. Kelsie is a mom herself and serves on the board for the Arkansas Postpartum Support International Chapter.

My name is Ceara Jamerson. I am from El Dorado, Arkansas but I currently live in Jacksonville, Arkansas. I have been a nurse since 2019 working mostly in pediatrics and LTC. My dream has always been to become a Labor and Delivery Nurse. Earlier this year, I started researching the process of becoming a Doula in Arkansas. With my research I was able to find and enroll myself in Doula Training. I am now officially a Certified Doula. Although I am in the Central Arkansas area, I will be accepting clients for both in person and virtual appointments. However, I have been in early childhood development for three years with a focus in infant care.
