About me

As a pelvic and women's health physical therapist for 20 years, I believe in empowering patients and helping them learn how to heal and care for themselves. I want to help patients have and get back to optimal function, be it in exercise, work, childcare, physical intimacy - whatever is being affected by bladder, bowel, pelvic pain, prolapse, or other pelvic health conditions; or during pregnancy and postpartum. In addition to patient care, I also teach and train other health providers all over the U.S. and outside the nation to provide pelvic floor and perinatal rehabilitation services through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

Service introduction

We offer physical therapy in a quiet, spa-like clinic dedicated solely to pelvic (all genders and ages) and pregnancy/postpartum rehabilitation. We accept most insurances (call us if you do not see yours listed). All of our therapists are specifically trained and educated to work within this field of therapy. Common conditions treated include: bladder and bowel (incontinence, difficulty emptying/constipation, urgency/frequency, pain, other symptoms), pelvic pain conditions (pain with sex, tailbone pain, vulvar pain, pudendal neuralgia), pregnancy and postpartum conditions (back/hip/pelvic girdle pain, episiotomy/perineal tearing or Cesarean scar pain, clogged milk ducts, other musculoskeletal pain), and diastasis rectus abdominis. We also work with athletes who are experiencing bladder or other pelvic symptoms related to their sport.
