Christine is a trained Labor and Postpartum Doula serving families in Carroll and the surrounding West Central Iowa communities. With a background in human services and psychology, she combines her academic expertise with her passion for pregnancy and birth to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. As a mother of four, Christine felt called to support women during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum after her own transformative experiences. She offers in-person and virtual doula services, as well as childbirth education. Believing that fear has no place in childbirth, she emphasizes education, support, and safety to help women feel confident and empowered throughout their journey, whether planning a medicated or unmedicated birth!

Christine offers birth preparation, labor support, and postpartum support to pregnant and postpartum women. She works within an hour of her Carroll location for Sweet Pea Doula Services and also offers virtual services to women around the world.
