As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the commission of Dietetic Registration, I specialize in weight loss and weight management, diabetes, healthy pregnancy, and lactation. I have substantial experience working with pre-diabetes and diabetic patients and women with gestational diabetes, bariatric patients, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, GERD, PCOS to achieve optimum well-being. I've been working with babies and new moms for more than 35 years. I first started working in the NICU in 1980, then moved to the newborn nursery in 1985. I became certified as an IBCLC in 1997 and opened my business, Baby Expressions in Houston, TX that same year. I worked with moms and their babies, in their homes for more than 20 years, when we retired to north Georgia. I missed working with moms and babies, so I opened my business here in Georgia. I've worked with moms and preemies as well as older infants, and all ages in between.
